You Know America Is In Trouble When You Have To Depend On The Likes Of Google And Apple To Protect Your Freedoms

Amen to that…

Asylum Watch

The march toward an Orwellian police state is picking up speed. From NSA spying, to Swat Teams swarming a company’s offices because they may or may not be using appropriate accounting practices, to the EPA ordering a family to tear down their house because it was built where mud puddles sometimes for making it a protected wet-lands, to the DOJ tapping the phones of journalists, to citizens losing all rights of due process if “suspected” of being a terrorist, and much more, your rights, as supposedly protected by our constitution and its Bill of Rights, are being eroded away by the day. More and more our government is treating us as if we are all potential enemies of the all-powerful state. Spying: eavesdropping on our phone conversations, reading our emails, and reading our text messages, and reading our twitter comments, is the worst infringement of our rights because, of course…

IBD Speaks The “Unspeakable” … EV-D68 Is The Illegal Immigrant Disease

Wow, that was kind of an aha moment for me…makes sense. But hey, lets keep our porous borders porous, cause that is working so good for Citizens, “we the people”

Is CDC Hiding Enterovirus Link To Illegal Alien Kids?

” A disease that was once rare in the U.S. is killing Americans, and its rise coincides with the tidal wave of unaccompanied minor children arriving from Latin America under our de facto open-border policy.

The CDC website reports that from mid-August to Oct. 10, the CDC itself or state authorities confirmed that 691 people in 46 states and the District of Columbia had come down with some sort of respiratory illness caused by EV-D68. Five children, including Eli, died from their infections.

It is true that EV-D68 has been in the U.S. at least since 1962. But according to a study done by doctors from the Division of Viral Diseases at the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases published on the CDC’s own website, EV-D68 “is one of the most rarely reported serotypes, with only 26 reports…

These Charts Show The TV Viewing Preferences Of Liberals And Conservatives

Huh…who knew that Conservatives live and desire reality?

Republicans Go For Golf Channel, Democrats Pick E! … And Other Fascinating Facts About Political TV Ads

” Political campaign commercials are saturating the airwaves in TV markets across America. Now, thanks to an analysis of more than $1 billion in political TV spending on the midterm elections, we know who campaigns are targeting and how they’re trying to influence voters.

The firm Echelon Insights, founded by Patrick Ruffini and Kristen Soltis Anderson, used cable TV data to produce the following five charts that paint a picture of political spending. In total, Echelon analyzed $1,065,727,692.92 in spending and 2,625,911 TV spots.”

We find it very informative that the bulk of liberal TV ad spending is done on entertainment/fantasy type channels while the majority of conservative spending takes place on channels that feature the real life information of sports and history television programing .

   What do you suppose that…

Hope & Change: Nearly A Quarter Of DC & California Live In Poverty

This just proves my point…

Census Bureau: California Still Has Highest U.S. Poverty Rate

” California continues to have – by far – the nation’s highest level of poverty under an alternative method devised by the Census Bureau that takes into account both broader measures of income and the cost of living.

Nearly a quarter of the state’s 38 million residents (8.9 million) live in poverty, a new Census Bureau reportsays, a level virtually unchanged since the agency first began reporting on the method’s effects.

Under the traditional method of gauging poverty, adopted a half-century ago, California’s rate is 16 percent (6.1 million residents), somewhat above the national rate of 14.9 percent but by no means the highest. That dubious honor goes to New Mexico at 21.5 percent.

But under the alternative method, California rises to the top at 23.4 percent while New Mexico drops to 16 percent and other states…

Dwindling Evangelicals will affect 2014 (and future) elections in Southern States

IF Evangelicals are dwindling in the South it is only perhaps because we are being infested/infected by godless Northern leftists, who leave the places they hate (because they’ve infected those places into disrepair and failure) to then come to the South to “remake” & “recreate” the mess they left up North…please, all Northerners who want to move to paradise and make it into the Northern hell, please go home…Thank you.

Fellowship of the Minds

Robert P. Jones writes for The Atlantic, Oct. 17, 2014:

Over the last few decades, there have been few more reliable voters for Republicans than white evangelical Protestants. This year, however, GOP candidates may be getting less help from this group—not because white evangelical Protestantsare becoming less supportive or less motivated, but simply because they are declining as a proportion of the population, even in Southern states.

White evangelical Protestants have remained a steadfast Republican constituency in both presidential and midterm congressional elections ever since the Reagan presidency, which marked what political scientists Merle and Earl Black dubbed “the great white switch.” In 2008 and 2012, roughly three-quarters of white born-again Christians supported GOP nominees John McCain (73 percent) and Mitt Romney (78 percent).  In the 2010 midterm election, similar numbers of white born-again Christians (77 percent) supported the GOP House candidate in their districts.

New Ebola czar absent from White House Ebola strategy meeting

Well, when HASN’T this admin been “absent” except for the important things like vacations galore, pick-up basketball games with Reg Love, seeminly end-less golfing, the infamous “beer summit”, sticking ones nose and making comments about local/state issues, oh, yeah and picking up the “peace prize”…for all that peace & junk.

Fellowship of the Minds

This really inspires our confidence in Ron Klain, the newly-appointed “Ebola response coordinator” Ebola Czar — he didn’t even attend a White House strategy meeting on how to deal with the alleged Ebola epidemic. (See “Is Ebola pandemic a false flag?“)

Ron Klain with the POS Ron Klain with the POS

Breitbart reports, Oct. 17, 2014, that an email blast from the White House listing the meeting’s participants did not include Klain, who was given the position earlier in the day. Here’s the list of the meeting’s participants:

  • Vice President Joe Biden
  • Chuck Hagel, Secretary of Defense
  • Sylvia Burwell, Secrety of Health and Human Services
  • Jeh Johnson, Secretary of Homeland Security
  • Denis McDonough, Chief of Staff
  • Shaun Donovan, Direct of the Office of Management and Budget
  • John Podesta, Counselor to the President
  • Susan Rice, National Security Advisor
  • General Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
  • Samantha Power, Permanent U.S. Representative to the…

PIECES OF THE PUZZLE: It is NOT about ‘Incompetence,’ but Ideology

The Oil for Your Lamp

For many years, I was confused by the things our national leaders did.  I couldn’t understand how ‘rational’ people could make such horrible decisions, so I accepted the usual explanation: they were ‘incompetent.’  Well, that was then and this is now.  Now, I am here to tell you if anyone — and I mean anyone — tries to tell you that ‘incompetence’ is the answer, that person is part of the problem.  They are part of the problem because ‘incompetence’ is the explanation of the intellectually lazy.  That’s right: it is a cop-out.  There are explanations for the things our national leaders and elite institutions are doing, and it really isn’t all that hard to understand them.  All you have to do is change the way you look at things.  If you’ll give me a few minutes of your time, I think I can show you how to look at…
