He's been holed up for days now; maybe alleged cop-killer Christopher Dorner doesn't know the president's big state of the union speech is scheduled later tonight. Word is that at least two police officers have been shot and wounded in a standoff with Dorner. While the thoughts of most were with the victims, Howard Kurtz was wondering how the shootout might reflect on the president.

So how much are you going to take, America?  The area marked in orange on this map is supposedly a “Constitution Free Zone”.  A zone where you have no rights or protections and can be assaulted, detained and interrogated by federal agents just for traveling through the zone.  These federal agents used to be American citizens.

Officer dead; CBS reports Dorner supporters arrive in Big Bear with 'don't kill Dorner' signs

Just when you thought faith in humanity couldn't get any lower. First, morally depraved cretins hoped that Christopher Dorner, suspected of killing three ... and now four ... innocent people, would "kill more pigs" during his shootout with police. In the gunfight, two officers were injured. And, tragically, one has now died.
